Deon Swiggs is a transformational leader bridging governance, environmental stewardship, and community resilience. His journey spans remarkable diversity: from GLX Officer in the Royal New Zealand Navy to becoming one of Christchurch's youngest City Councillors (2016-2019). He founded the Rebuild Christchurch Foundation and hosted the television series "Eyes East," championing community-driven earthquake recovery.
As an entrepreneur, he launched Westgrow, a licensed medical cannabis startup grounded in kaitiakitanga principles, and established Swiggs Consulting for strategy and communications.
